Shiel Bridge Hall is an important part of our local community, providing a space for gatherings, events, and activities for residents of the surrounding area.

On 17 April 2025, ownership of Shiel Bridge Hall was officially transferred to Acharacle Community Company.
This transfer was an important milestone. It enables ACC to access grant funding that was not previously available, helping to secure the future of the hall and improve the building for everyone.

The aim of the transfer is to:
- Improve accessibility and facilities
- Develop the hall into a welcoming, flexible community asset
-  Support local groups, clubs, dances, and social events
- Provide a safe and inclusive space for all ages.
Once improvements are complete, Shiel Bridge Hall will be better equipped to host:
- Local clubs and activity groups
-  Dances and social evenings
- Classes and workshops
-  Youth and senior activities
​This project is about strengthening community connections and ensuring the hall remains at the heart of local life for years to come.
