In terms of the Memorandum and Articles of Association lodged by the company at Companies House on 23rd March 2020, and as amended at the EGM on 30th January 2020.
 
All residents within the Acharacle Community Company area 
(PH36  -  4JY, 4JZ, 4JX, 4JL, 4LD, 4LE, 4JQ, 4LR, 4JJ, 4LA, 4JN,  4JR, 4LB,  4HX, 4JU, 4ND, 4NG, 4NB)
are eligible to become ordinary members of the company.
 
If you would like to be considered for membership of the company, then please fill in the details below.
 
All members are eligible for nomination as Directors at an Annual General Meeting or by being co-opted during the year.

Membership

Eligibility for ordinary membership is simply that you reside and are entitled to vote in our local government area centred on Acharacle (northerly limit is Roshven, westerly limit is Resipole and southerly limit is Camas Inas) and that you support our charitable objectives.  As a member, your financial commitment would be minimal - you simply agree to pay a nominal £1 in the unlikely event that the charity should ever fail in the future.
